Regular Tuesday night routes

Capel 5 Route

The route starts in Rembrow Road Capel St Mary, opposite Little Grove, which is on a housing estate a couple of minutes walk from the finish and playing field.

On leaving Capel St Mary the route goes into countryside along country roads passing through the hamlet of Little Wenham.
If you look over to your right at mile 1 you may catch a glimpse of Little Wenham Castle.

Next it's past the Wenham Queen pub and out through the village of Great Wenham.

A left turn takes you to the A12
It gets warm along here if the sun is shining and it is the hardest part of the course as there is a downhill hill stretch followed by a long uphill.

Turn left into Pound Lane
You will pass the allotments on your right.  At the end of Pound Lane the village church is ahead of you.

Turn right turn along The Street and then right into Rembrow Road to the finish in Playfield Road.

When you turn into Playfield Road it's a short sprint to the finishing line!
