Welcome to Capel Cheetahs' Website

The Capel Cheetahs RC is a small and friendly running club that meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:50pm for a prompt 7:00pm start at The Pavilion, Capel St Mary, Playing field. 

On Tuesdays, the evening will consist of either a group run or a ‘specials’ session involving speed, hills and the like.

Thursdays are usually a speed / fartlek session on the playing field.

Members are encouraged to warm up before and cool down after their run.

Capel Cheetahs also host the annual Capel 5 and 1 Mile fun run.
