Capel 1 £3.00 or £3.50 for entry on the day
Numbers will be
issued to runners on race day

6th June 2010 (Entries also accepted on the Race Day, £2.00/50p extra see above subject
to race limit of 200)
Medals
will be awarded to all those who finish their race. Prizes and trophies will be awarded to the winners in all main categories.
