The evening starts with any notices of forthcoming races in which members may like to participate.
Members are asked to 'sign out' before and 'sign back in' from their run.
Members are
divided into three groups; beginners, intermediate and experienced runners, each group having its own group leader.
Capel Cheetah's encourage members to warm-up before and cool-down after their run.
