Once again with great pleasure the club welcomed Wendy and Helen along to present the Neal Hannigan 5k Series Shield to this years winner. 
As most of you are aware this is a club competition in memory of Neal one of our members who sadly passed away two years ago. Neal loved running the 5k distance and i had a number of close races with him, mostly with Neal winning. 
The series is based on the most improved runner over four races and this years winner with a race on race improvement is Mark Cocks.
Well done to Mark and thanks to Karen for organising along with many helpers and supporters.
